This original Audax tweeter is a true legend among fabric dome tweeters. Its voice coil is 25 mm and the fabric is impregnated for high long-term consistency and stability. The tweeter forgoes ferrofluid and is therefore extremely dynamic and reproduces the musical events very naturally. The frequency response is extremely linear and the sound pressure at 90 dB is in the upper mid-range. With an application range starting at around 2500 Hz with ideally 18 dB crossover, it is a reliable tweeter in various 2- and 3-way combinations.

We recommend today’s TWO25A0 - 12x9 in combination with the once again available Harwood LF8 MK5.9 low-midrange driver with unfilled polypropylene membrane. The combination sounds incredibly precise and true to the details and has a monitor sound character due to its high resolution of all musical details.
