The Cayin Mini CD-MK2 is a compact and versatile CD player with slot-in function. With a width of just 24cm, the Mini is the ideal addition to our i-Series. Despite its small dimensions, it plays big and is ideal for music lovers who want to enjoy music at its best.

It features a high-precision Sanyo laser head and an ESS ES9018K2M converter chipset that guarantees excellent audio quality. The player offers an 8x sampling rate from 44.1 kHz to 352.8 kHz. Best of all: The sampling rate conversion (SRC / sample rate converter) can be selected on the supplied remote control. The remote control unit is versatile and allows you to easily operate the Mini CD-MK2. The playback status is displayed on a vacuum fluorescent display.

Despite its small dimensions, the Mini CD-MK2 offers two high-quality digital outputs, cinch and I²S HDMI, in addition to the analog outputs, for brilliant playback via external D/A converters. The I²S HDMI output is optimally designed for the Cayin iDAC-6 MK2 and the Cayin CS-100DAC.
