Description

The Connect 212 subwoofer cable is specially designed for lossless transmission of low-frequency signals in home theater and hi-fi applications. Its elegant, unobtrusive design and high flexibility allow for discreet and easy integration into any system. The signal conductors are made of high-purity, oxygen-free OFC copper and are insulated with foamed polyethylene – a dielectric with a particularly low constant that minimizes signal loss and ensures precise, dynamic bass reproduction.

The symmetrical construction with separate conductors for signal and ground, as well as the dense, signal-free shielding, effectively protect against interference from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or mobile networks. The tightly woven copper braid of 186 wires ensures clean signal transmission even in demanding environments. Robust all-metal connectors with gold-plated contacts ensure permanently low contact resistance and a reliable connection – even after many mating cycles. Each cable is manufactured in our factory and individually tested to guarantee the highest quality and long-lasting performance.

A key quality feature of S25 audio cables is the foamed polyethylene (PE) dielectric. Air is – second only to a vacuum – the best dielectric material due to its extremely low dielectric constant. Foamed PE utilizes this advantage by enclosing microscopic air bubbles within the material. This significantly reduces the electrical conductivity of the insulator and minimizes the cable's capacitance. The result: signal loss is drastically reduced, and transmission remains clear, fast, and natural. Compared to solid insulators such as PVC, the foamed PE dielectric ensures particularly precise and unadulterated sound reproduction. This allows even the finest details, dynamics, and spatiality of your music to be fully realized – for a listening experience that is particularly close to the original in the studio.

OFC Copper: Pure Material for Pure Music

For our S25 audio cables, we use only high-purity, oxygen-free copper (OFC) with a purity of at least 99.95%. This material offers excellent conductivity and reduces transition losses – even over longer cable runs. OFC copper is also particularly resistant to corrosion, ensuring sonic stability for years. Combined with the foamed PE dielectric and dense shielding, the signal remains unaltered – from the source to the amplifier. The S25 cables transmit music with high audibility and authentic dynamics – honest, direct, and without artificial coloration.

Dense Shielding & Floating Shield

The S25 series features a high-density, dense copper braid and a floating shield: The shield is electrically isolated from the signal and specifically deflects interference without itself acting as a source of interference. This keeps the audio signal free from hum, noise, and high-frequency interference – even in demanding living environments. The result is clean, interference-free transmission with maximum detail.
