Ortofon LH 6000 Headshell for MC Cadenza

The LH-6000 is a high-quality headshell recommended for the MC Windfeld Ti and Cadenza series. The rounded front section facilitates proper installation and complements each of these cartridges.

Knowing the basic headshell dimensions often makes it easier to correctly mount and align the cartridge and tonearm. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to see the headshell mounting dimensions overview diagram.

The LH-6000 is supplied with connecting wires to ensure easy and convenient connection.

All Ortofon cartridges are color-coded with red and green for the right channel, respectively for the hot and ground connections. White and blue for the left channel, respectively for the hot and ground connections. The green terminal is always used to ground the cartridge housing or motor system whenever connected within the cartridge. We recommend connecting the connecting cables to the cartridge and headshell before mounting the cartridge on the headshell. Please ensure the connectors are aligned correctly. The diameter of the connecting pins on Ortofon cartridges is 1.2 mm, while those on Ortofon headshells are only 1.0 mm.
