Following on from our multi-award winning v40 amplifier, our new v50 has been upgraded to offer a more powerful and versatile amplifier.

v50 power is supplied courtesy of bigger toroidal transformers, headphone facilities have been added, and the loudspeaker connection terminals have been upgraded. A backlit Vu meter is supplied to monitor levels and the European ECC83 tubes deliver a harmonically rich sound, detailed lower frequencies and warmer high end.

A brushed aluminium, ergonomically designed remote control is provided.

Connect Tablets and Smartphones by Bluetooth, CD Players and Turntables by RCA Auxiliary and PC’s and Laptops using USB.

v50 also benefits from the aptX Bluetooth codec. aptX has revolutionised the Bluetooth listening experience by reducing the bit rate without affecting the audio quality, resulting in CD quality sound.
A subwoofer can be connected to enrich the overall music experience.

Design

he v50 Blackline has been designed to provide the best possible sonic performance.

The transformers are high-efficiency toroidal type, offering better heat dissipation and low leakage current resulting in very low distortion levels.

The use of European valves help to produce the warm, rich sound associated with valve amplifiers.

A brushed aluminium, ergonomically designed remote control is provided.

A Vu meter monitors sound intensity levels and the backlit display is fully adjustable by a control knob on the rear of the amplifier.

High quality, gold plated binding posts with thumb nuts are fitted to ensure the connecting cables are held securely, whilst ensuring the signal path from the loudspeakers to the amplifier meets the least possible resistance.
