MCACC automatic surround sound calibration

Create the optimal acoustic environment with Pioneer's MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System), developed with the expertise of professional recording studios. With the optimized microphone, the system automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, volume and distance and adjusts the parameters accordingly.

Zone B output for wireless headphones

The VSX-534D is equipped with audio output ports for a Zone B, allowing the playback of the main zone to be expanded by connecting wireless headphones.

Integrated Bluetooth wireless technology

Stream songs from compatible devices with built-in Bluetooth wireless technology (Ver. 4.2 + LE). The VSX-534D features A2DP/AVRCP profiles with support for SBC/AAC codecs. By pressing the Bluetooth button on the front, you can start the BT function directly even when the device is in standby mode.

Dolby Atmos/Dolby Surround upmixing

The VSX-534D is compatible with the 3.1.2-channel configuration of the latest cinema sound platform Dolby Atmos. You can reproduce object-oriented sound in smooth, sweeping movements or in realistic, three-dimensional movements above the Atmos speakers. Other audio codecs such as PCM and DSD can be upgraded with Dolby Surround to play 3D surround sound.

DTS:X/DTS Neural:X Upmixing

DTS:X is the next generation audio codec from DTS that uses object-based audio to enable a new immersive and interactive audio experience. Since DTS:X can automatically adjust the audio signal to the existing channels and speaker system, no special speaker layout is required. Experience an immersive soundscape with incredibly rich and lifelike sound. Other audio codecs such as PCM and DSD can significantly improve the reproduction of 3D surround sound through DTS Neural:X.

Dolby Atmos Means Virtualization

When playing any Dolby format, using the Dolby Atmos height Virtualizer enables an immersive listening experience through a virtual surround and Atmos effect using traditional speaker layouts, without additional surround or height speakers.

DTS Virtual:X

With DTS Virtual:X you can enjoy three-dimensional, immersive sound similar to DTS:X, but without the need for height or surround speakers. The technology supports 2 to 7.1.4 channel input sources for output to 2 to 5.1 channel speaker layouts. DTS Virtual:X works with all DTS codecs including DTS:X.
