1. Warranty - Repair

If you want to return an item purchased from us within the statutory warranty for service you have easily to go at the top right of your browser under "Customer area". Please lock in with your email and password.
 
After the expiration of the 14 day cancellation period, under your account you can only choose the "guarantee" return option up to 24 months after the delivery. With the warranty registration please let us know the serial number of the item and add a detailed error description in the space provided. Then, please send us the faulty item, if possible in the original packaging free of charge for us. If the original packaging is not available any more, please pack the goods in two boxes (box in a box) to protect them from further damage during the transport. In this respect, we refer to the information sheet, which add to each shipment. We bear, of course, the costs of forwarding the faulty items to the service and back to your place.

An important note at the end: Please notice that we have to refuse acceptance of goods if it is sent to us freight collect without prior consultation! We will not pay those shipping costs even in legitimate complaint case!
