Shipment
Goods in our webshop are sent by regular post DHL up to 31,5 kg. For especially large volumes/amounts, an international transport organization will be recommended. It is declared at the article. We do not send per cash on delivery into foreign countries! Please pay in advance with IBAN - BIC bank transfer directly after your order - for the reason of immediately delivery service. You will find our bank account in the footer "How to pay" in our websites!
Shipping and Handling
We offer free shipping of all ordered goods over 100 € for Germany (5000 € for EU-Countries incl. VAT). For orders coming outside European countries we invoice shipping costs depending on real expense.
Just one more reason, to shop at hifisound eShop are the low transport costs!
Important Notice
Despite careful precautions, it is possible that goods could be damaged during delivery. Should this occur, you will be reimbursed for the cost of damaged items or we will replace the damaged items free of charge.
Please note the following procedures:
Shipping damages should be reported to the delivering agent immediately upon receipt. Subsequently, inform hifisound by eMail at order@hifisound.de of the reported shipping damage. If you plan to return any items, please inform us before doing so by eMail or Phone, so that we can instruct a pick-up service.
Observe this regulation:
If goods returned without notice, we will overrule the accepting of your packet! The costs of sending back your goods, if you have complaints or expect guarantee repairs are to be paid on your own. Then we will send it back on our costs, free of charge for you!
