Cinch = RCA (Radio Corporation of America), originally developed for connecting antenna cables, today the world standard for connecting electronic devices in the entertainment industry.

Optimal mass:

Bigger, thicker and more massive doesn't mean the sound is better. The opposite is the case. A thoughtful, optimized and in most cases minimalist approach to mass actually results in better sound - and better electron/energy flow. The developed mathematical formulas for the signal to ground ratio ensure an optimal architectural ratio between all metal complements and dielectrics used. The result is control and the avoidance of tonal compromises caused by the skin effect. In addition, EF (Electric Fields) and EMF (Electro Magnetic Fields) interference is reduced. Controlling these parameters ensures a complete, full and extended frequency range in which the harmonics are transmitted intact from amplifier to speaker.

Our FLUX-RCA cable is a very flexible, soft, supple, light, and shielded 2-core cable 2 x 0.25mm², 14 individual cores of 0.15mm each, PE insulation, AL/PET foil shield, copper braid as a spiral shield. The spiral shield has an optical coverage and therefore electrical shielding of 95%, in contrast to braided shields, which only cover 85%. The larger the bending radius, the greater this advantage.

The color is matt green so that the cable does not “flare out”.

The RCA or RCA plug is subject to capacitive and oxidative influences due to inadequate fit and the enormous variation in the size of RCA sockets (diameter from 7.95 mm to 8.55 mm).

It is also assumed that a large amount of metal used in the construction of many RCA connectors is the cause of inductive and capacitive distortions in turn affect the sound reproduction.

Additionally, the conductive cylindrical ring connection system used to contact the outer casing of an RCA jack tends to disperse the flow of electrons. The transmitted current therefore flows through numerous entry points, resulting in interfering eddy currents and consequent distortion.

Extensive listening tests have shown that most audiophile RCA plugs, even very expensive versions, slow the flow of electrons and color the music signal.
Therefore, FLUX-Hifi has a signal pin for the “bullet plug” connector and a pin-like feedback conductor construction that is designed to make contact with the (socket) housing when the signal pin makes contact in the hole.

An advantage of the return conductor lies in the fact that it contains significantly less conductive metal material than the return conductor embodied in a typical RCA (ring-shaped) connector, thereby reducing distortion.

The bullet plug eliminates eddy current distortion, capacitive reactance and micro-sparking. It offers a new way of grounding, a radically different construction and superior conductivity.

FLUX-Hifi sources this plug directly from the inventor and patent holder Keith Louis of KLE Innovations in Australia.

The FLUX-RCA is direction-dependent hence the arrow on the cable printing. The arrow shows the direction of the signal, i.e. from the source to the amplifier. Since the FLUX-RCA has 2 conductors, the ground connection is implemented internally; the ground is only connected to the shield on the potential side.
