V90-DAC – Technical background

When developing the V90 DAC, Musical Fidelity's engineering team focused its attention on the requirements of modern music sources. The heart of this is the 32-bit processor. With its remarkably low jitter of just 12 picoseconds and a signal-to-noise ratio of less than -117dB, the V90-DAC delivers technical performance that is usually only offered by significantly more expensive products. World-class measurements were a key key in the development process of the V90 DAC. Another key goal was compatibility with a variety of common music sources.

Its asynchronous USB port offers very musical audio playback of computer-based music and thanks to its easy installation on any Windows or MAC computer, the new owner can quickly access their favorite music - directly and without hassle.

The V90 DAC is a beautiful piece of engineering and an affordable way to bring live music performance as close as possible to many listeners. The trade press is also convinced of this. For example, the digital trade magazine Einsnull writes: “The current model variant puts its predecessors to shame and shows what is possible in terms of sound in this price environment.
