DUAL was founded in 1907 by the brothers Christian and Josef Steidinger on February 1, 1907. In addition to watchmaker tools and watch parts, they start manufacturing spring-driven gramophone motors, and a year later the two brothers present their first self-developed mechanism. So they were the milestone in turntable development!
